Each child attending the celebration has a signed Parent Permission/Waiver form on file.
We do not use any sharp tools (razors, cutters, or shavers) to perform manicures and pedicures.
Our pedicure basins and manicure bowls are sanitized after each guest. Our pedicure basins are lined with disposable pedicure liners.
All girls are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled party time. Guests will not be allowed to enter the facility more than 15 minutes before their scheduled time. In the event of tardiness, whether by the part’s hostess or guest, the individual tardy will incur a deduction of one service for every 15 minutes they are late. If a guest is 1 hour tardy, no services will be provided.
All nail services and party packages require clean, unpolished nails and toes before arrival.
We use disposable makeup applicators for each guest.
Spa robes, costumes, and party props are the property of Spa’Tastic kids and not intended for guests to keep.
You have a choice between gel or regular polish at no extra charge. But please keep in mind that regular polish takes longer to dry, so regular polished nails are easier to smear or smudge. The party rotation will stay on schedule, and there is a possibility that nails may be damaged and will not be repaired due to time constraints.
No outside food or drinks are allowed except for cake/cupcakes and juice.
All products are non-toxic, kid-friendly, and safe for sensitive skin.
Spa'Tastic Kids reserves the right to refuse service under the conditions of what we consider to be a health risk and/or an unsafe environment for guests, our employees, and associates. No Refunds.
The parent/guardian is financially responsible for any damage caused by their child (intentional or accidental).
It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian hosting the party to supervise the children, keeping them safe and following protocols.
